Hello there! My name is Damien (they/them).

I support the day-to-day operations of Femme and Them, serving as a central point of coordination for the practice. As a client, you may work with me during onboarding, contact me if you have billing or logistical questions, or if you need support transitioning to a different therapist. I am a trans, queer, nonbinary AuDHD human who entered the mental health field after identifying gaps in how mental health systems support both providers and clients. The work I do now is a direct reflection of my lived experience navigating environments that were not designed with my identities in mind, including experiences of harm and systemic barriers. This informs my focus on building processes that are equitable, functional, and responsive to diverse needs. I strongly value neurodiversity and advocate for the rights of people accessing mental healthcare.

Neurodiversity Coaching

I also offer neurodiversity coaching through Spectral Consulting, where I provide practical, collaborative support with research, problem-solving, and supportive listening. As my supervisor Cappy once said, I am known to “bring clarity where there is complexity, structure where there is ambiguity, and follow-through where things might otherwise stall.” I can assist with accessing gender-affirming care, navigating education and employment systems, building sustainable routines, applying for jobs, and career planning. Services are affordable and start at $40 per session.
