Therapy Rooted in Respect, Authenticity, and Solidarity
Life is complex. No label, diagnosis, or relationship model can capture your full story. You’ve already done so much: adapting, surviving, and asking hard questions. You don’t have to start over, but you can begin to live with more ease, self-trust, and connection.
A Safe, Affirming Space
I provide trauma-informed, anti-oppressive therapy for clients who live outside the box: queer, trans, polyamorous, kinky, neurodivergent, and more. Here, you can explore your identity, relationships, and challenges without judgment. Therapy is a space for understanding, not scrutiny, and healing happens in the context of your relationships, community, and the world around you.
Who I Work With
I support clients navigating:
~ Anxiety, depression, and burnout ~
~ Trauma recovery and somatic awareness ~
~ Relationship and attachment challenges ~
~ Identity exploration and life transitions ~
~ Long-term stress from systemic injustice ~
Mind and Body Healing
Talk therapy is powerful, but healing also happens in the body. Many of us have learned to live in our heads and disconnect from our bodies, especially during times of stress or trauma. Your body carries memory, emotion, and wisdom. I integrate somatic awareness to help you understand not just what you feel, but where and why, supporting deep, sustainable healing.
Your Growth, Your Way
You are the expert in your life. My role is to be a collaborative guide: helping you make sense of confusion, navigate challenges, and discover tools that truly fit your needs. Together, we’ll create space for your questions, your pain, your joy, and your full identity. Therapy is about clarity, connection, and living in alignment with your values: without shrinking or apologizing for who you are.
