Clinical Supervision & Consultation

  • Kaya - Clinical Supervisor

Kaya (She/They) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) clinician, and Executive Director of Femme & Them, PLLC. Kaya specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ couples, polycules, and families using Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to help partners move from disconnection toward authentic intimacy and repair. Her work centers the intersections of identity, embodiment, and relationship—creating space for clients to rediscover connection, safety, and mutual respect.

As a supervisor, Kaya integrates relational depth with concrete clinical tools, helping supervisees build both confidence and clarity in their work. Supervision often includes exploring interpersonal dynamics, identity, and self-of-the-therapist reflections, always within an affirming and grounded framework.

Kaya also provides clinical consultation and professional development for therapists, particularly around relational, perinatal, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care.

  • Cappy - Clinical Supervisor

Cappy (They/Them) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Clinical Director of Femme & Them, PLLC. They currently supervise Associates and social work interns, and are seeking an additional clinical intern for January 2026. As a LICSW, they are qualified to supervise LSWAICs, LMHCAs, and LMFTAs.

Cappy approaches supervision as a collaborative exploration—an ongoing dialogue that bridges theory with lived experience. Their style is relational, reflective, and grounded in curiosity. Together, you might examine countertransference, attachment dynamics, or somatic cues in session—always with respect, compassion, and space for authentic self-expression. Cappy values creativity and autonomy and loves supporting supervisees who are drawn to integrative, affirming, and trauma-informed work with queer, trans, and neurodivergent communities.

In addition to supervision, Cappy offers clinical consultation and consulting for therapists and teams seeking to deepen relational practice and strengthen affirming, inclusive systems of care.
