Femme and Them, PLLC is a telehealth-only, insurance-based group practice dedicated to providing affirming therapy services to LGBTQIA+ clients and their families throughout Washington State. We are passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone we serve. We proudly accept both commercial insurance and Medicaid, ensuring our specialized care is accessible.
We're thrilled to invite Master's-level students in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) and Clinical Social Work (MSW) programs to join our team! This internship offers an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in direct therapy while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and deeply supportive setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Resident of Washington State.
Hour Expectation/Requirement
Practicum: 3-5 weekly clients, with 7 hours of weekly availability.
Internship: 12-15 weekly clients*, with 15-20 hours of availability.
Provides intakes and assessments for potential clients
Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision
Reliable and fast internet connection
Computer with a camera for telehealth sessions and private confidential space
Passion for LGBTQIA+ community work
